Delivery
Getting your quilt to me:
- Please make sure you use a ‘Tracked’/Signed For’ service for your quilt if you are sending it to us by post. When your quilt arrives, we will contact you to let you know it has arrived safely, usually by e-mail, and call you to discuss thread and quilting design options.
- If you wish to drop your quilt off with us, this is by appointment only
Returning your quilt to you:
- If you are picking your quilt up from us, this will need to be done by prior appointment
- Returning your quilt to you by post, will be via a courier service.
